IPC European Hand Soldering Competitions

Remote video URL

IPC competitions recognize the best skills in hand soldering complex printed board assemblies.

Hand soldering is no easy feat. Highly skilled operators must execute a zero-defect soldering process. Assemblies are judged on soldering by IPC-A-610G Class 3 criteria, the speed at which the assembly was produced, and the overall electrical functionality of the assembly.

Prizes are awarded to the top three finishers.
