Business Development Manager (BDM)

IPC International, Inc. is looking to hire a Business Development Manager (BDM).  The BDM will build and develop relationships with customers and prospects to identify, qualify and close new business opportunities.  The BDM is responsible for selling the full suite of IPC products and services and will be accountable for customer development and satisfaction. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and develop positive relationships with customers and prospects who will have a wide variety of roles and responsibilities
  • Effectively manage internal and external relationships to maximize customer growth and total customer satisfaction

CFX Business Development Manager (BDM)

Sales Operations Specialist

IPC International, Inc. is looking to hire a Sales Operations Specialist.  This person will assist the Business Development team in creating and following strategic plans for increasing IPC’s value to the industry.  They will do this by taking ownership of the data generated by the business development team.  This position will conduct both data analysis as well as administrative support of the business development team’s efforts. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales Data Governance (Netsuite) – Responsible for the creation of Quotes, Sales Orders, and Invoices in Netsuite that are needed by the Sales team.  Assist with the updating of Company and Contact records and ensure that the Sales organization is following all IPC Data Governance requirements.  Assist the Sr. Director of Business Development in identifying all issues related to Data Governance.  
  • Triage, Qualify and Distribute inbound leads to the appropriate salesperson.  This may require communicating directly with the lead to understand their particular request and determine if it requires a sales follow up
  • Support IPC’s primary distributor’s sales operations including royalty report reviews, DRM waiver reviews, customer data in Netsuite, forecasting revenue based on sales trends.  Interface directly with appropriate distributor personnel as needed
  • Support Validation Services by managing:  Non-Disclosure Agreements, Manufacturer’s Agreements, and Annual Assessments.  Ensure that all documents are stored properly and Netsuite is updated appropriately
  • Create & maintain a variety of reports in Netsuite.  Utilize the reports to analyze various datasets to provide strategic and tactical recommendations to the business development team
  • Work with the Marketing team to ensure the sales resources (Playbooks, Product Information, Competitive Research, VOC feedback surveys, etc.) are in place and available to the sales team
  • Track and calculate monthly sales to create and distribute monthly commission reports
  • Event Support –Ensure event participants (BDMs and others) have the necessary collateral and promotional materials
  • Minor travel that might include some overnights

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
  • 2 years of experience working in a Sales Support/Operations/Administrative function.
  • Experience working with Data/Analysis/Running Reports.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with employees, customers, partners, and vendors.

Graphic Design and Publishing Coordinator

IPC International, Inc. is looking to hire a Graphic Design and Publishing Coordinator.  The Graphic Design and Publishing Coordinator will coordinate the publication process for IPC standards, as well as prepare documents and technical graphics from raw data input to final form for publication.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create documents for publication in InDesign using supplied MS Word and InDesign files from technical staff, including adding covers, ISBNs, etc.; ensure professional layout, quality, adherence to IPC Style Guide, etc.
  • Create and correct technical drawings/photos using Photoshop and/or Illustrator and maintain database of figures
  • Assign and track ISBNs for published documents and advise manager when new ISBNs need to be purchased
  • Provide InDesign files for legacy documents to technical staff for document development and print vendors for reprints (convert to InDesign, update information – logo, address, phone, etc.)
  • Add tracking codes to published documents and maintain records of those tracking codes
  • Conduct regular back-ups of InDesign files and system; install all patches, fonts, etc., and advise and train technical staff on updates for their systems
  • Provide all necessary files, instructions, etc., to print vendors; work with vendors and technical staff to ensure accurate, high-quality prints, including print proofing, change management, etc.
  • Serve as a back-up for copyrighting processes, maintaining all necessary paperwork

Customer Support Specialist

IPC International, Inc. is looking to hire a Customer Support Specialist.  The Customer Support Specialist will provide support for IPC trainers, training centers and individuals.  Assist customers with the Certification portal and the online testing platform.   Provide superior customer service to IPC members, trainers and training centers.  Assist customers with general and technical certification and training inquires.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Support – 85%

  • Serve as a team member of the Certification & Training department by providing administrative, technical and customer support to IPC members, trainers and staff.
  • Assist customers with Certification Portal related issues.
  • Resolve certification & training help desk tickets by providing accurate and thorough answers to general questions, provide guidelines and information for the IPC Certification Portal and IPC certification and training programs.

Item Quality Assurance Coordinator

IPC International, Inc. is looking to hire an Item Quality Assurance Coordinator. The Item Quality Assurance Coordinator assists in the completion of the Department’s work and projects in a timely manner. Interacts professionally and cooperatively with other IPC departments and staff members and with organizations and individuals outside the Association. This position will assist operational examination development activities related to psychometrics, examination building, quality assurance of exams. Identifying and communicating defects in processes and making an effort for a continual improvement of the QA process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Examination Development – 40%

  • With the assistance of the Psychometrician produce technical documentation related to item, test, and program performance.
  • Design, construct, and test IPC examinations; assure accuracy and quality of finished product.
  • Troubleshoot software and operational problems.

Examination Maintenance – 40%

  • Quality Assurance Validation for Certification content
  • Review client exams for consistency with source files
  • Document and escalate deviations in client exams with source files
  • Audit tests for typographical errors, formatting errors, internal inconsistencies, and other quality problems, and clearly communicate quality issues.

Content Database Management – 20%
