Mrs. Padmavathi E has 30+ Years of experience in EMS, Working in Production, Engineering, Quality & QMS – Cyient DLM. Currently, she is a certified IPC Trainer for IPC-A-610H Acceptability of electronic assembly.

Electronic Industry requires more women to participate, as well as reskilling and certification for existing women. A key component of IPC India's growth agenda is to build a community of women working in electronics manufacturing that will support and empower them. The objective is to improve skilling at all levels, managerial qualities, thought leadership, and career and business advancement.
