This task group is responsible for the development of test methods and any related round robin test programs for accelerated testing of plated-through holes and vias (PTHs/PTVs). This task group is also be responsible for the development of guidelines for accelerated reliability testing of PTVs and guidelines for the design of reliable PTVs.
