Background

The IPC/WHMA-A-620 is one of IPC Certification programs. It is an industry developed program for individuals and companies engaged in the manufacture, use and installation of cable and wire harness assemblies. The main purpose of this standard is to enable qualified candidates to develop accurate skills of determining acceptable and unacceptable wire harness assemblies according to the A-620 standard. IPC/WHMA-A-620E released in 2022 supersedes IPC/WHMA-A-620D, Important criteria updates, reducing unnecessary rework for products, greater ease-of-use and enhancing the acceptability with other key standards are among the changes users will find in the newly released E revision of IPC/WHMA-A-620 – Requirements and Acceptance for Cable and Wire Harness Assemblies. This important industry standard is a joint effort of IPC and the Wire Harness Manufacturer's Association (WHMA).

Objective

IPC India webinar will focus on the highlights from redline document, showing the difference between the "D" & "E" revsion.

Who can participate?
