IPC's EMS Management Council hosts quarterly web sessions focused on topics of relevance to EMS executives. Each web session offers time for open discussion following a presentation by topic expert.

Our first 2021 topic is Supply Chain Resiliency, with speakers and discussion hosts, Pawan Joshi and Suzanne Richer of E2Open on Wednesday, 5 May 2021, at 9:00am CDT (14:00 CET).

What does supply chain resiliency really mean? What can you do in your business, regardless of size, to react and adapt to supply chain disruptions? Join us for an interactive discussion with Pawan Joshi and Suzanne Richer of the Global Trade Academy as they helps us define what supply chain resiliency means, including understanding whether an impact can be delayed and if not, how quick a company can recover. Explore how to better gain control of your supply chain, in a climate that seems to have taken control out of our hands. Suzanne will share unique approaches to and lessons learned about data management, supplier cooperation, and the future of talent. Pawan will provide insights into how technology helps companies move from supply chain visibility to using that information to make executive decisions. Additionally, they will share how procurement is changing and will impact the electronics industry.
