About the Instructor
Kerry Scarlott is a director in the law firm of Goulston & Storrs, where he focuses his practice on helping companies and individuals effectively navigate the full panoply of U.S. export control laws and regulations including ITAR/EAR. He has more than 18 years of experience in international trade law and related programs. Kerry has published numerous articles and conducts frequent seminars, webinars and training programs. He is a key resource for several trade associations and most recentlty presented a paper, The Black Hole of U.S. Export Controls: How to Navigate Away from the Gravitational Pull, at the SPIE Astronomical Telescopes + Instrumentation 2012 Conference in Amsterdam. |
