The IPC Conference on Electronics Assembly will return to Budapest in 2012 for its second successful year. Hungary is one of the key growing markets in Eastern Europe and technologists are looking for new technologies, new products and new ideas.
More than 170 mid- to large-sized electronics manufacturing firms are located in Hungary, including: Foxconn, Jabil Circuit, Flextronics, Elcoteq, Sanmina-SCI and local Hungarian EMS companies Zollner and Videoton. OEM companies include Philips, Sony, Bosch, Ericsson, Continental and Siemens.
Connect with these companies and more at the conference. Attendees will come from Hungary and other parts of Western and Eastern Europe. In 2012, the conference will be longer, exhibit space will be larger, and the interest will be greater! The event will include a two-day technical conference, pre-show workshops, a free keynote and cocktail reception and tabletop exhibits. Suppliers are invited to participate in the tabletop exhibits and to contribute technical presentations in the conference.
In addition to more networking and exhibition time, IPC will invite local customers and product specifiers to attend the keynote and cocktail reception on Wednesday evening. The schedule calls for a full day of educational workshops on Tuesday and a comprehensive technical conference on Wednesday and Thursday.
150 exhibitors and attendees applauded the inaugural event in 2011 and are looking forward to more success in 2012. Select your gold or silver sponsorship today and make an impact in Eastern Europe!
"We were able to meet long term friends and make new interesting contacts. The conference program covered a wide scope of subjects all relevant to electronics assembly and brought a lot of answers to the table. We had the privilege of presenting a paper and were able to highlight our advanced cleaning products in the tabletop section of the conference, generating a lot of interest! We are certainly looking forward to the next edition of this event."
