Electronics Assembly Quality & Reliability Conference
6–7 October 2010 | Budapest, Hungary

Electronics manufacturing is growing in Central and Eastern Europe because of access to European markets, lower labor costs and savings in freight costs, inventory and reduced time to market. Hungary in particular has attracted many of the world’s leading electronic OEMs and large EMS companies. Hungary is one of the largest countries in Central and Eastern Europe for electronics equipment and production and expects to have EMS revenues of 6.261 billion Euros by 2013.

These global EMS firms are present in Hungary: Foxconn, Jabil Circuit, Flextronics, Elcoteq, Sanmina-SCI in addition to large Hungarian EMS companies Zollner and Videoton. Videoton is one of the largest EMS providers in Europe. OEM companies include Philips, Sony, Bosch, Ericsson, Continental and Siemens.

Expand Your Visibility in this Growing Region

To maximize event interest and attendance, qualified engineers and management from electronics manufacturing companies will be invited to attend at no charge. This event is expected to draw attendees from Central and Eastern Europe. To support the event, IPC is seeking supplier partners for table top exhibits and noncommercial technical presentations on electronics assembly quality and reliability.

Table Top Exhibits will showcase your company’s products and services. The conference will have dedicated time for attendees to view your products and services. In addition, gold sponsors are invited to make noncommercial technical presentations to highlight their research and technology.

Technical Presentations and/or Papers

Abstracts should be submitted detailing case histories, field data, new technologies or innovations or research and findings. Unpublished work will be given top preference.

Presentations at the conference will be 45 minutes in length including 15 minutes for questions and answers. They may be grouped together in a forum or panel discussion. Presentations must be noncommercial in nature, focusing on technology rather than a company’s product. All presentations will be conducted in English. Presenters may provide their presentation materials in English and/or Hungarian.

Brought to you by the most valuable and influential association in the industry, this conference is a unique opportunity to expand or solidify your presence in Eastern Europe. Sign up today and maximize your visibility!
