Sweden to go Around REACH and Tax Main PCB Flame Retardant

The Swedish Parliament is currently working on a draft bill to submit hazardous chemical substances in specific product groups to an environmental tax. IPC – Association Connecting Electronics Industries is concerned about Sweden’s or any Member State’s initiative seeking to introduce such a national tax and believes that the EU regulatory framework is best suited to address substances-related concerns.
