Volunteers Honored for Contributions to IPC and the Electronics Industry
More than 100 Awards Presented at Fall Standards Development Committee Meetings 

October 1, 2015 IPC presented Committee Leadership, Special Recognition and Distinguished Committee Service Awards on September 28 at IPC's Fall Standards Development Committee Meetings in Rosemont, Ill. The awards were presented to individuals who made significant contributions to IPC and the industry by lending their time and expertise in the development of electronics manufacturing standards.

For their leadership of the D-33AS Aerospace Task Group that developed IPC-6012DS, Space and Military Avionics Applications Addendum, Mark Buechner, BAE Systems and Randy Reed, TTM Technologies, were honored with Committee Leadership Awards. Earning Distinguished Committee Service Awards for their contributions to IPC-6012DS were James Blanche, NASA Marshall Space Flight Center; Denise Chevalier, Amphenol Printed Circuits, Inc.; Kelly Daniluk, NASA Goddard Space Flight Center; Don Dupriest, Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control; Pierre-Emmanual Goutorbe, Airbus Defense & Space; Allen Keeney, Kinzie Manufacturing, Inc.; Clifford Maddox Boeing Company; and Joey Rios, Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

For their contributions to IPC-4101D-WAM1, Peggy Conn, Isola Group SARL; Terry Fischer, Hitachi Chemical Co. America, Ltd.; Vicka Hammill, Honeywell Inc. Committee Leadership Awards were bestowed upon Daniel Foster, Missile Defense Agency and Kathy Johnston, Raytheon Missile Systems, for leading the 5-22a J-STD-001 Task Group in developing IPC J-STD-001F Amendment 1, Requirements for Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies.

For their leadership of the 7-31b IPC-A-610 Task Group that developed IPC-A-610F Amendment 1, Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies, Constantino Gonzalez, ACME Training & Consulting and Mary Muller, Crane Aerospace & Electronics, earned a Committee Leadership Award.

For their extraordinary contributions to IPC-A-610F Amendment 1, Daniel Foster, Missile Defense Agency and Kathy Johnston, Raytheon Missile Systems, earned a Special Recognition Award. And for their extraordinary contributions to IPC J-STD-001F Amendment 1, Constantino Gonzalez, ACME Training & Consulting and Mary Muller, Crane Aerospace & Electronics, earned a Special Recognition Award.
